Overview
Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how Pixel Workshop LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles your information across all of our apps. The short version: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data.
Information We Do Not Collect
Our apps do not collect any personally identifiable information. Specifically, we do not collect:
- Your name, email address, or any contact information
- Your location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Usage analytics or crash reports sent to us
- Any behavioral or usage patterns
Data Stored on Your Device
All data generated by our apps — including settings, preferences, imported game files, game saves, cheat codes, controller mappings, alarm schedules, wake-up history, challenge preferences, constellation atlas unlocks, observing streaks, and any other app data — is stored locally on your device only. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us at any time.
If you delete an app, all locally stored data associated with it will be removed from your device.
Notifications (Solve To Snooze)
Solve To Snooze requests permission to send local notifications in order to trigger alarms. These are local notifications scheduled on your device only — no information is transmitted when an alarm fires, and no external servers are involved.
You can revoke notification permissions at any time via iPhone Settings → Notifications → Solve To Snooze.
Optional Permissions (Solve To Snooze)
Solve To Snooze may request camera access for the Barcode Scan wake-up challenge and Motion & Fitness access for the Step Count wake-up challenge. This data is used on-device only to complete the selected challenge and is not collected, transmitted, or shared by us.
Optional Permissions (Constellation Restore Game)
Constellation Restore Game may request camera and location access for Find in Sky so it can show a live constellation overlay from your current position. Camera imagery and location are used on-device only for this feature and are not collected, transmitted, or shared by us.
Imported Game Files (Retro Handheld)
Any game files you import into Retro Handheld, including ROMs or disc images, are stored locally on your device. We have no access to these files at any time. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to use any files you import.
Third-Party Services
Our apps do not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. When an app uses Apple system features such as notifications, camera, location, Game Center, or device connectivity, those behaviors are described in the relevant app-specific privacy page.
Children's Privacy
Our apps do not collect data from anyone, including children under the age of 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by not collecting any personal information.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date at the top.
