By downloading, installing, or using any Pixel Workshop LLC app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Pixel Workshop grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

Retro Handheld is an emulator application. It does not include, distribute, or facilitate access to any copyrighted game software. You are solely responsible for any ROM files you obtain and use with the App. You must only use ROM files for games you legally own. Pixel Workshop does not condone software piracy.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Pixel Workshop does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Workshop disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pixel Workshop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any other damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.
Solve To Snooze relies on iOS local notifications to trigger alarms. We cannot guarantee alarm reliability in all circumstances, including but not limited to: device being powered off, Notification permissions being revoked, iOS Low Power Mode, or operating system limitations. Do not rely solely on Solve To Snooze for critical time-sensitive situations.
All intellectual property rights in the App and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Pixel Workshop. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use Pixel Workshop's trademarks, logos, or other brand features.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts.
