Yes. ForgeSets is built to stay flexible. You can update your exercise selection, set and rep targets, or progression goals as needed while keeping the rest of your plan intact.
You can either resume from the next scheduled session or adjust the plan to keep your overall training flow intact. The best option depends on how your current block is structured and how much volume you want to preserve.
Yes. ForgeSets is designed to work offline so your training plan is available in the gym, while traveling, or anywhere else you train.
ForgeSets stores your training data locally on your device. If cross-device sync is added in the future, the app and privacy policy will be updated to reflect that.
