Paint by Numbers 4 Kids Support

Open a coloring page from the library, then tap one of the numbered paints along the bottom. Every shape wearing that number can be filled by tapping it. When a color runs out, the next one is chosen automatically, so there is nothing to manage between colors.

No. That shape belongs to a different number. Instead of a buzzer or an error, the paint chip that shape is waiting for pulses at the bottom of the screen. Tap that chip, then tap the shape again.

Tap Find next. The page moves to the next shape in the current color and highlights it, and the same button turns into Fill this shape. Tapping Find next and then Fill repeatedly will finish a whole page without having to aim at anything. It is free and unlimited — there are no paid hints in the app.

Yes. Pinch to zoom around the fingers and drag to move the page. The page can never be dragged off the screen, at any zoom level. The button beside Undo fits the page back to the screen whenever things get lost.

The arrow button beneath the page undoes the last shape filled, as many times as you like. To start over, tap the … button and choose Clear page; it asks for confirmation first, because it removes every filled shape on that page.

Tap the … button beneath the page and switch Sound off. The setting is remembered. The sounds also use the ambient audio channel, so the silent switch on the side of the device mutes them, and music playing from another app keeps playing.

Yes, automatically and continuously. A page that was started shows a progress bar and a play marker on its own card in the library, with how many shapes are left. Reopening it puts you back exactly where you stopped.

A celebration appears under the completed picture and the page fits itself back to the screen so the painting is what you see. It is shown only for a page finished in that sitting — reopening a finished page just shows the picture.

Six, across three books: Block Worlds, Sports Stars and Speed Racers. Each page has between 91 and 116 shapes and takes roughly four or five minutes. Every page is included in the purchase and nothing in the app is locked.

There are no advertisements and no paid hints. Nothing in the current version is locked, so there is nothing to buy. Anything that could ever cost money sits behind a parental gate — a question a young child will not answer on their own.

No. Paint by Numbers 4 Kids makes no network requests at all and behaves identically in Airplane Mode. Everything is on the device from the moment it is installed.

Yes. Every control is labelled, and the Find next then Fill pair completes a whole page without needing to aim at the screen — that is the route VoiceOver uses. Dark Mode, Dynamic Type and Reduce Motion are all respected.

Progress is stored only on the device. Restoring the new device from a full iOS backup carries it over; otherwise the pages start fresh. Nothing is stored on our servers, because there are none.

Nothing. No name, no email address, no age, no location, no device identifiers, no analytics and no crash reports. Two things are saved, both on the device only: which shapes have been filled, and whether sound is on. Deleting the app deletes both.
