Calmly supports Pomodoro-style sessions (25 min work / 5 min break), custom interval timers where you set your own durations, and open-ended sessions with no fixed end time. You can switch modes freely from the settings screen.
Yes. Once a session is started, it runs in the background even when your screen is locked. You'll receive a gentle notification when your session ends.
Calmly logs each completed session locally on your device. You can view your daily and weekly focus totals, as well as your current streak, from the History tab. All data stays on your device — nothing is sent to any server.
Yes. Calmly includes several gentle end-of-session tones you can choose from in Settings. All sounds are designed to be non-jarring so they ease you out of focus rather than startling you.
